My research interest is currently focused on TCR (Transformative Consumer Research), Loneliness, Health Marketing, ICT interventions, and Digital Marketing.

  • How can ICT help to alleviate the loneliness of elderly which are helped by professional caregivers at home? A systematic review of the literature – Status: completed.
  • How professional caregivers help the elderly with loss of autonomy to cope with loneliness. – Status: completed – Submitted to a conference.
  • mHealth intervention in the workplace: using Music and Instant Messaging to mitigate workplace loneliness among professional caregivers and enhance employee commitment and retention. – Status: completed – Submitted to a conference.
